Ahad minggu lepas sementara nak pergi bayar duit mesin jahit
kat Giant Putra Height, sempat menyinggah ke Secret Recepies. Saja2 nak basah
tekak melepak2. Tetiba terorder popia seafood. Sedap tapi kecik cetoet je
7ketul Rm7. Mula la rasa tak puas makan kan. sah2 la ko ni jenis selera besar.
Malam tu terus bergegas ke pasar borong Selangor kat Seri
Kembangan nak cari udang nak jadikan isi popia. Tapi gagal sampai sana dah
lenggang pasar basah. Ada sayur2 je. Jadi tanpa buang masa beli je la apa yang
dijual.
Maka hari isnin lepas balik kerja kami pun bertungkus lumus
dalam keadaan lapar tu membuat popia tanpa udang idaman tu. Tak pe janji
lazat!!
Sorang masak inti sorang gulung2, sorng maintain gulung
sorang lagi dah menggoreng yang dah digulung. Siap je goreng 2-2 sibuk makan
dulu, agak2 kenyang baru sambung gulung. Hehehe tak menyabo-yabo.
Ok masa tuk share resepi. Nama resepi mengancam habesss!! hahaha...suka hati la kan nak nama kan apa. Almaklum demam selebriti chef melanda....
Bahan2:
A) Popia
- Kacang panjang (dipotong halus)
- Lobak –2 biji (disagat kasar)
- Tauge – dalam 30sen
- Daging kisar – 1 pek 500g
- Bawang besar – dipotong dadu
- Bawang putih – dipotong dadu
- Bahan perasa
- Herb ( basil ) & lada hitam – ini tak semestinya, saja try & error. Lain sikit rasanya
- Kulit popia ( beli ready made je kat mart, giant dan sebagainya)
- Minyak (tuk goreng)
B) Sos
- Sos cili agak2 5sudu
- Gula – 1 sudu makan
- Minyak bijan – ½ sudu makan
Cara2:
- Gorengkan bawang2, dah agak garing masukkan daging.
- Bila daging dah masak masukkan herb, gaul2 dan masukkan bahan perasa dan sayur yang dibasuh & ditoskan.
- Angkat (jangan goreng sayur lama2 nanti tak ranggup dah)
- Sejukkan dan macam biasa la gulung2 popia (sambil2 sejukkan, sambil2 la curi2 masukkan ke mulut. Macam tak biasa plak)
- Goreng & sediakan sos (kacaukan ketiga2 bahan sos) dan dah boleh masuk mulut dah.
Amaran : lepas goreng tu popia sangat panas, jangan sampai
melecur mulut plak. Bawak2 bersabo.
Hari selasa berbekalkan popia ke opis…yeah…

I was disappointed, frustrated, confused with so many thoughts on my mind like hanging my self if I did not see him again because I can not my parent about the pregnancy when the man responsible for it had disappeared. our religion's against that, my family will be disappointed in me, I have brought them shame. I look for daniel everywhere till I could chat with him on social network, he warned me never to disturb him again because he already had found another girl that he wants to live his life with, after a while, he blocked me from all access then I could not tell him of my pregnancy for him. so, I needed help from all corners of life, I decide to check to google my self or read some write up on-site on how to coup with my pain because I could not tell anybody about it not even my friends were aware of my pregnancy. I keep reading to cancel my self till I find how Dr. IKHIDE helps so many persons from different walks of life with their testimonies. then I decide to also contact him with dr.ikhide@gmail.com.
