hmm...selama ni kalau teringin nak makan pizza..mesti berkejaran ke Pizza Hut/Domino..
tp kini tidak lagi, since pergi kedai bakery & ternampak la base pizza yg gebu..terus tertawan. dengan segera membeli2 bahan2 untuk toping..
tgk la sikit punye meriah ( ala2 tamak pun ada jugak ni..:-) betul2 layan nafsu )

BAHAN-BAHAN TOPPING HOMEMADE PIZZA
1. cendawan dihiris kecil (besar2 kang tercekik pulak :-D)
2. nenas pun dipotong kecil..nenas segar / dlm tin pun ok
3. lada bengala merah n hijau dihiris....baru la pizza ni nmpk ceria
4. hotdog..(kiteorg selalu melawak dlm bahasa melayu nyer...he3)..dihiris
5. keju mozarella ( kiteorg dpt bekalan dr giant tp rasenyer kalo nak yg fresh cheese better beli kat bakery shop lar)
6. sambal toping ( nnt kite citer bahan2 tuk sambal ni)
7. tomato dipotong2
8.tentunyer roti pizza. ready made jerk (bekalan kiteorg dr kedai bakery)
SAMBAL PIZZA
(qty sume agak2 jerk..kteorg pon main suke ati jerk letak jnji sdap.heheh)
1. cili boh - 3 sudu besar
2. tomato puree - 3 sudu besar
3. tomato dlm tin - 1/2 tin
4. cili sos - 2 sudu besar
5. bawang besar (dipotong dadu) - ikot suke ati
6. bawang putih (dipotong dadu) - ikot suke ati
7. rosemary (cikit jerk letak)
8. pizza herb/italian herb (kat bakery shop de jual)
9. of course ler "minyak"..xkish nak gune olive oil pon leh gak...kalo lari buget minyak masak sudey..
10. udang/sotong - per2 jerk lah yg u all suke
CARA - CARA
1. masukkan minyak..ble panas masukkan bawang besar + bawang putih
2. agak2 dah naik bau cikit..masukkan cili boh, tomato puree, tomato dlm tin, cili sos.
3. dh masak cili boh tuh masukkan udang..then campak rosemary + pizza herb/italian (jgn ler cmpak mcm buang smpah tuh..lemah lembut cikit..heheh)
4. gaul dlm 5 minit cm tuh..ok DAH READY !!! ehheheeh
5. sejuk kan sambal pizza tuh..
6. ble dh sejuk .. tepek kan kat roti pizza secukup rase..sekali ngan bahan2 yg lain..agak2 jgn smpai jd gunung berapi plak..huhuhu

nampak tak pinggan yg hujung tu..itu pun kes tamak nk mencuba kah3...tu potato salad...sbb kalo wat pizza ni sekali wat potato salad ler ala2 kat kedai ler..poyo cikit...
BAHAN-BAHAN POTATO SALAD
1. kentang - of course ler.. ~ potong agak2 saiz sesuai n chantek boleh masuk mulut
2. mayonis
3. lada sulah
4. cili besar - potong halus2
CARA-CARA
1. rebus kentang hingga empuk...then toskan air nye hingga betul2 kering
2. gaulkan kentang,mayonis,lada sulah, cili besar sekali...sume bahan2 tuh agak2 jerk qty yer ikot suke kite ok.. pastu pe tunggu lagi..ngappp :-D yum2

kire2 10minit kemudian....setelah siap dibakar
ready to eat ...

I just lost my man about three months ago though he is back again full of love and passion with the help of great man Dr. IKHIDE. I wait for him on my birthday he did not show up not even a call, I tried his number and it was not going through I refuse to go check on him because the anger in me six days later I went to his house and I found nothing not even a sign of my Daniel once live there. I was disappointed, frustrated, confused with so many thoughts on my mind like hanging my self if I did not see him again because I can not my parent about the pregnancy when the man responsible for it had disappeared. our religion's against that, my family will be disappointed in me, I have brought them shame. I look for daniel everywhere till I could chat with him on social network, he warned me never to disturb him again because he already had found another girl that he wants to live his life with, after a while, he blocked me from all access then I could not tell him of my pregnancy for him. so, I needed help from all corners of life, I decide to check to google my self or read some write up on-site on how to coup with my pain because I could not tell anybody about it not even my friends were aware of my pregnancy. I keep reading to cancel my self till I find how Dr. IKHIDE helps so many persons from different walks of life with their testimonies. then I decide to also contact him with dr.ikhide@gmail.com.
